It’s because it’s the brightest object in the night sky, which is why the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.
In the future, it could be as early as 2035, maybe even earlier, that we will be able to fully control our thoughts and actions. Maybe we can control the things we think about so we don’t have to think about anything ever again. Maybe the only thing we have to change is our thoughts, routines, and impulses. If we really stopped and really thought about what we were doing, we would realize that we were doing it just as well as anyone else.
You would, like, stop and think about it. You would, like, stop and think about why you were doing it. Then you would understand that it wasn’t just how you were behaving, but how you were behaving. If you were behaving just as well as anyone else, you would realize that it was how really well you were behaving.
We think that our thoughts, routines, impulses, and reactions determine the course of our lives. If we are aware of our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then they determine our reality. And our reality is determined by how we can change and make our lives better. This is why a lot of people change their habits, routines, impulses, and reactions.
The trouble is that most of us have no idea what we want to do with our lives. We think that we do, but in most cases we don’t. The trouble is that most people are not aware of what they want to do with their lives. We think that we can’t do anything, but in most cases we can. The trouble is that we have the power to make our lives better.
People often want to change their habits, routines, impulses, and reactions but they are so confused that they can’t figure out why they shouldn’t. That’s how we end up with people who can’t figure out how to drive, live in a bubble, or play video games, or who can’t figure out how to work out or even just make themselves better.
The problem is that life is complex, you are not a rocket. You have to deal with the same issues as everyone else. To change your habits, routines, impulses, and reactions you need to figure out why you cant change them. And to do that you need to be aware of yourself.
The problem for most of us is that we don’t even realize that we are not really self aware. Our lives are always dictated by our environment, our family, our friends, our environment, and it is in this environment that we can begin to figure out what we want, what we need, and how we are going to solve problems. One of the ways we can begin to figure out our lives is to begin to feel our emotions and figure out what they mean.
How many times have you been in a situation and thought to yourself, “I don’t even know I should be doing this!” but then you had to do something about it. It is the same with using a power. The solution to any problem may be in our hands, but the problem itself is usually not.
