This is a great blog post. It’s a little one-sentence summary of the entire post. It’s a good read, but it still leaves you with enough questions to ask yourself. I want to read it all to make sure I’ve got it right.
The thors helmet is another game mode in the game. It is similar in structure to the stealth mode, but instead of simply sneaking around, you can perform stealth attacks by pulling the trigger on a gun or throwing a grenade.

Unlike the blob, the thorn is a long-range weapon that deals a lot of damage, and it’s relatively cheap to acquire. Not only is it cheap, it’s also really easy to set up. In Deathloop you need a helmet that can be set up within minutes.
the thorn is designed as a weapon that will be useful for dealing damage to the blobs that are attacking you, but also for dealing damage to visionaries, the party-goers that keep the island in perpetual day-time loop. As you fight against these Visionaries, you can set up a long range weapon that will take down a lot of the blobs in a single shot.
To set up a Thorn, you need a pair of gloves that will allow you to wear them as a protective cap. As the game progresses, you will also unlock more and more armor with which to wear the gloves to protect yourself from blobs.
The gloves you wear are in the form of a helmet that will protect you from blobs, but also from visionaries that will attack you if you get hit by a Thorn. The helmet is a very heavy item, so you won’t want to rely too heavily on it. You can also wear the gloves as a weapon. The weapon includes a few different types of weaponry including a pistol and a shotgun.
I really dig the game’s armor progression. You’ll start out with a basic pair of armor, but as the game progresses you will unlock more and more armor. At the end of each level you’ll unlock an armor piece that is better than what you started with, and this lets you play the game with a little more ease. You can also wear the gloves as a weapon. The gloves include a pistol and a shotgun. The weapons include a pistol and a shotgun.
