In this article, I’ll be discussing the three levels of self-awareness. The first is where we are consciously aware that we are aware. The second is where we are aware that we are aware. The third is where we are aware that we are aware, but we are not aware of the fact that we are aware.
The first one is the easiest one to understand. We are aware that we are aware, and that’s what we are doing. In other words, all we are doing is looking at ourselves. The second one is more difficult to understand. If you’re a regular reader of this blog, you’ll know that I’ve been a member since 2007.
