This has been a slow season for me. The summer was filled with a lot of family time, but when school was in session, I had less free time, so I am having a hard time finding that balance. I am learning that I should be more mindful of what I eat, and that I need to slow down and appreciate what I am doing each day.

I’m sure there are plenty of people who already know what I am talking about, but I’d like to take this opportunity to address something I’ve been getting a lot of grief for: my diet. I am extremely disciplined about what I eat and drink, and I think that’s a good thing for me. But I’ve noticed that I don’t really see this much of a difference between my eating habits and other people’s.

I could be wrong, but I dont think that you are different from other people, at least as far as your diet is concerned. You aren’t eating for weight loss or to lose weight, but rather to get into the best shape you can, so that you can feel full and satisfied and strong.

That said, I’m not sure if the fact that we’re on the same planet means that we are all doomed to be the same, or if it is a coincidence that we are all similar in some ways. In any case, I am quite happy with my diet, and I know that it is going to continue to provide me with the best possible nutrition for the foreseeable future. But other people, I have noticed, tend to eat differently.

A while ago I did a video on the subject of what a calorie is, and what it means to be overweight, and I found that I was right. I also happen to be an expert on the subject of eating disorders. In fact, I did a whole video on the subject once, but the topic doesn’t ever come up between me and my friends. (I’m not sure if I should feel bad for these people or not).

The problem with this whole discussion of “what” is that everyone has a different idea what a calorie is. For me, a calorie is 100 grams of sugar (one teaspoon, for those of you who dont like the taste of this stuff) that you add to your food. For you my dear friends, it is the amount of sugar you consume in a day. For me, it is a percentage of my daily calories.

One of the things that makes this topic so fascinating is that it seems like everyone has a different understanding of the term “calorie.” So, if you use the word calorie but you have no idea what a calorie is, then you can’t help but wonder if we’re all just looking at the wrong thing.

That is exactly what we’re talking about in this video. It’s not just the amount we consume, it’s how much of it we consume. If you’re eating a lot of sugar then you have to watch your weight every day. The problem is that most people eat way too much sugar and don’t even realize they’re doing it. It’s a bit like someone who keeps taking vitamins and supplements and is never aware of what they’re doing.
